Privacy

Qualis Studio uses the data you send us to process your digital staging request, handle your sample photo, and deliver the result via email or WhatsApp.

Data we receive

We may collect your name, email, selected style, and the photo you attach. Property photos may contain private information about the property or its occupants; only send images you are authorized to share.

Use and retention

We use the information solely to prepare the sample, coordinate delivery, and improve the service. For the manual MVP, we keep the photo and data only as long as needed to process and follow up on your request.

Third parties

When secure intake is enabled, the form sends data and the photo to the Qualis intake service for validation and then to a private Google Drive destination. Drive access and deletion requests are handled manually by Qualis during this pilot; automated retention and deletion are not implemented. Coordination may continue by email or WhatsApp.

Deletion

You can request that we delete your photos and test data by replying through the same channel we used to coordinate delivery.
